- 1 cup quinoa (rinsed)

- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1 cup sliced carrots

- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

- 2 tbsp tamari sauce

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp chopped green onions

1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.3. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper.
